Best Halloween themed Half-Term Activities

There is no doubt about it, all children love Halloween.  Dressing up, trick or treating, carving pumpkins,…..look no further, we have found some great Halloween themed half-term activities in the Test Valley.

  1. Halloween Craft Day at Houghton Village Hall – Wednesday 25 Oct 17′ 10-12.30pm.  Details here  and in poster below:

2. Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plant’s wonderful nursery in Freefolk are running 2 children’s events this half-term.

Halloween Wreath Making workshop – Friday 27 October 17′ 11am-12pm – More info here

5. Andover Wyevale Garden Centre are running a number of Little Monsters Halloween Events this half-term, from spooky craft sessions to terror-ific Halloween parties.  There is Haunted Heather Planting, Spooky Spiders, Phantom Lanterns, Pumpkin Carving and Halloween Parties.  To view times and prices and to book click here

6. Merry go Round Storytelling have lots of half-term workshops for children at The Lights in Andover

🎃🐸 There is something for everyone, but tickets are selling fast – the 9.30am and 11.00am workshops for The Room on the Broom are already Sold Out.

Room on the Broom Interactive Storytelling Workshops for 2-5 yrs – 24th Oct. Tickets still available for 1pm (Other times now sold out) Cost: £5 (Adults go free)
Bewitched- Play in a Day for 6-10 years – 25th Oct. 10am-3pm. Cost: £16.50
Where the Wild Things Are Family Puppet making and storytelling workshop for 4-8 yrs. 10.30am-12.00pm. Cost: £8.50 (Adults go free)
