Broughton Water Buffalo comes from a natural farming system producing best quality lean grassfed meat from herb rich pastures, good for the buffalo and good for wildlife.

Our Buffalo Kitchen serves gourmet burgers, spicy steak, slow cooked brisket and much more on request. The Buffalo Kitchen is available for parties, functions and events. Depending on your event, we can come to you or you can come to us!

Our farm shop is open on Thursdays and Fridays 9-5, Saturdays 10-1, for buffalo and locally reared lamb, pork and chicken.
