Wiltshire Deli and Wine Merchant. Purveyors of fine foods, wines, prosecco, food gifts and hampers, specialising in artisan Sicilian products. Fresh fish is now available on a regular basis and orders can be taken in advance.

Nick started his career in the fish industry – in a family retail / wholesale business for 12 years, followed by 5 years in London selling produce similar to those now sold at Gastro Nicks. He returned to Cornwall for 12 years to run his own fish business, finally setting up the company Gastro Nicks in 2005, moving to Wiltshire in 2010

Jane joined Nick in the company in 2010 after a varied career including catering, administration, design, retail, PA work and finally estate agency for 14 years, when she then decided to leave London and return to the countryside, having been brought up on a farm in Shropshire.

Based in Collingbourne Ducis on a small industrial estate away from the main road, Gastro Nicks operates from their Deli and warehouse, open Monday to Saturday. Gastro Nicks combine local events in Wiltshire and shows around the country to showcase their fine product and wine range – these are listed on the Events page.

When not travelling the country, time is spent sourcing artisan produce, always direct from the producer, so that quality and provenance are guaranteed, at the same time championing the cause of these dedicated people, often third and fourth generations of a family run business.

If you are passing and the sign is out on the verge, we are here! You are welcome to call in, sample some products and look at our ever increasing range.
