The Hampshire Art Studio brings you regular classes and courses, locally as well as in London and Spain.  They offer classes for beginners, intermediates and an Open Studio for advance artists. Most regular Classes take place on a Thursday with term time courses offering tuition, mentoring  and ongoing coursework.  These can be viewed and booked online.

Whatever your abilities they aim to guide you towards a greater understanding of your craft and to teach you how to find your way forward.

At HAMPSHIRE ART studio we view drawing as the foundation of art practise. You will learn to use charcoal, different pencils, ink, brush, graphite and anything else we can find. As important as the tools you use to draw is what you draw ON. You will try different papers and other supports.

Overlooking the River Dever at Bransbury is the modern, wood framed principle site for HAMPSHIRE ART studio, although they also offer classes in London and in Spain. Their spaces are calm, creative and with wellness in mind. They’re keen to help you on your individual journey, whether you want to reconnect with painting, start afresh with something new, or extend your skills with the help of a Masterclass.

You will be encouraged to try new approaches, be stretched and take risks. This might mean revisiting basic skills, studying the works of past masters, or simply being encouraged to continue along a new path.
