Lucy trained as an interior designer at Chelsea College of Art and University of the London Arts. She then worked for Nina Campbell Ltd as one of Nina’s four interior designers. There Lucy designed high end residential and commercial projects across London, the UK, Europe and the Globe. These included The Old Rectory on Old Church Street, Chelsea, a Grade 1 Listed 5* Hotel in Gloucestershire, a private villa in Mallorca and a house in Athens.
Following this, she set up her own design practice in 2010 and has built a broad portfolio ranging from large scale high end projects to smaller scale medium tier projects. Her work covers locations including Central London – Mayfair, Chelsea, Westbourne Grove – Greater London, the Home Counties and across the South of England. Her most recent project is a high end Chalet in Meribel.
Lucy offers a broad range of services including: room design and space planning, furniture specification and bespoke furniture design, lighting design, producing soft furnishing schemes. She is also an able project manager, running the trade suppliers, builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters on site. Lucy produces hand drawn sketches and CAD scale drawings and elevations. She has a strong network of trusted craftsmen and tradesmen to help her develop her designs and see them through to the final installation for her clients.
Lucy provides a personal service which always aims to exceed expectations. She combines an excellent service with warmth and informality so that the process is enjoyable, exciting and hugely satisfying for the client.
Prior to her design career, Lucy was Director for a partnership between KPMG the Ministry of Defence and a Charity in London. Eight years of work in this world allowed her to hone her skills in project management, managing large budget, communications and marketing, and building strong client and supplier relationships.
