Construction & Project Management

Whether they have worked alongside a client from the very beginning of the design process or if they have gone to them with completed and approved plans in hand, their project team will manage every aspect of the construction of their new home and grounds.

With their black book of trusted experts and our breadth of project experience, they guide clients through the costing and tender stage, and assemble and mobilise the right team of professionals. Their experience of working for owners of listed properties has provided them with an understanding of the more contentious and challenging aspects that might arise.

Each client is appointed their own dedicated project manager who acts as their single point of contact, liaising on their behalf with the on-site project team. They provide clear and timely communication guaranteeing peace of mind to deliver a cost-effective beautifully finished project.

Property Management

They often work with clients who take on houses which have largely been neglected for decades. They ensure that first and foremost it is safe for their client and their family to live in, and then they create comfortable surroundings whilst the client decides what they are going to do with their home. These services include the installation of security, an overhaul of the existing heating and electrical systems, the removal of any asbestos, roof works, garden and grounds maintenance, until such time as they wish to bring their masterplan to fruition.

For all properties that they have renovated, they offer an annual management program covering all aspects of the house and its surroundings from security updates, to boundary management and annual servicing of utilities. They guarantee ongoing peace of mind for as long as clients wish us to remain involved.
