Mottisfont Interiors is run by Frances Titmus Mather, who is a Chartered Surveyor helping people who want to redesign or extend their house.

I can help find builders, architects, and structural engineers. I will liaise with the client and the builder and write a detailed specification of works to be done and then get line by line building quotes from the contractors so that the client can choose the builder that they want to work with.

I will then be on site once the works start and will project manage the build. This involves helping the client make decisions as issues arise as well as suggesting fixtures, fittings and layouts that the client may not have thought about. This will help the build keep momentum so that time scales and costs don’t increase.

I am happy to work solely with builders and be the point of contact between the builder and the property owner if the owner of the building lives abroad or is too busy to be on site.
