Accommodation

With beautifully furnished rooms and a classic English country house feel, Park House is widely regarded as one of the best hotels in West Sussex. Guests have plenty of choice in both the main hotel and three adjacent cottages, with options including suites, deluxe, superior and standard rooms. Family accommodation and interconnected rooms are also available, while we are one of the few luxury hotels near Midhurst to offer dog-friendly rooms.  Prices start at £108 per night.

Food

Offering excellent food produced with care and locally-sourced ingredients, Park House is steadily gaining a great reputation among restaurants in West Sussex. Non-residents as well as guests are welcome to experience our delicious lunch and dinner menus, which are perfectly complemented by an extensive wine list that includes a Connoisseurs’ Selection. There is also a well-stocked bar which operates on an ‘honesty’ basis.

PH2O Spa

The PH2O Spa is an oasis of luxury and tranquillity overlooking the South Downs. Hotel guests, spa members and day guests are warmly invited to relax and rejuvenate in this exquisite spa. Its luxurious interior, superb facilities and highly experienced team mark us out as one of the best spas in the south of England.

PH2O also welcomes non-resident guests to come and have spa treatments – but if you would like to use the spa’s facilities, please book a spa day instead.

Weddings 

Every bride dreams of finding that perfect setting for her special day. With a beautiful country location and friendly, bespoke service, Park House is a truly magical wedding venue. Small enough to care, but with space for up to 74 guests, we are ideally suited for intimate family weddings.

Adjacent to the hotel is its beautifully restored, traditional Sussex Barn, a perfect countryside venue for private parties and celebratory events for a maximum of 80 guests.

Set within ten glorious acres in the Downland village of Bepton, Park House has a unique selection of facilities to enjoy, including classic English lawn sports and summer garden games. These include two superbly presented traditional grass tennis courts, a 6 hole par 3 golf course, putting green, bowls lawn and traditional croquet lawn.
