I have put together an exciting selection of delicious and healthy recipes that draw together elements from here at home through the Middle East to Asia and which will spring clean your palate and make you feel energised and optimistic that the days of alfresco dining may not actually be that far away!

Many of these ideas are easy and quick enough to be pulled together on a week night, but can also lend themselves to smarter lunches and suppers.
