Jeremy is looking for a PA/companion to help his 46 year old brother achieve more in his day to day life. He has cerebral palsy and needs help to get more out of life. Help with activities, day to day tasks and to get out more. He is in an electric wheelchair. He likes to laugh, swim and see family. He lives just north of Andover.
The role would help and support him with activities that may include: – Shopping & visits to cafes – Swimming – Driving to visit family and friends. To explore and build a diary of activities and events with my brother. To provide companionship and have a laugh. Someone with initiative and a get-up-and-go attitude would be perfect. There is access to a car that is adapted for one wheelchair. The role will require someone with a driving license (insurance cover provided).
There is flexibility around the hours, days worked and whether it is morning or afternoons. We would discuss what works best with the right candidate for both them and my brother. We are looking for between 2-5 hours of support, 3-5 times a week.
