Role: Development, production, and delivery of events, from marketing proposal right up to and including execution, on time, within budget, and exceeding partner expectations.
Main Responsibilities with Estimated Percentages:

50% Partnerships: Help to source new partners including by Linkedin, arrange initial calls and meetings, create and send out proposals, manage and deliver supplier-only focused events

30% Campaign & Event Management: Set, communicate, and oversee timelines and priorities. Maintain and develop partner relationships through efficient communication, ensuring excellent customer service. Source venues, catering and other event requirements keeping a constant line of communication with the Campaign Manager and the rest of the team

20% Campaign Operations: Manage operational, finance and administrative functions to ensure that events are executed to the highest standards
Experience / skills required:

Confident, outgoing and enjoys engaging with senior executives and stakeholders via telephone, email and face to face

Self-motivated – ability to work independently with good initiative, but must also be a team player

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to hit the ground running

Keen eye for detail and able to write fluently, with impeccable grammar

Ideally from an events/marketing/design/customer relations background, preferably in the technology field

Essential: Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, GSuite, CRM system knowledge preferred)

Interest in business and technology preferred in order to understand the market in which Nimbus Ninety works and to better understand members’ business technology challenges

Passion for keeping up to date with latest business and market trends

Graduate preferred
